Pipe

We make pipe where I work at, and it's mainly for the petroleum industry. Each piece has to be pressure tested on hydrotesters. The tests are anywhere from 8,000 psi to 30,000 psi, depending on pipe diameter and wall thickness. I've been there for two years now, and have only heard of one rupture during that time. Not bad considering we produce over 30,000 tons of pipe a month.
