Bigger state, bigger problems.
But they do have a choice as to how to handle their problems. Illinois is the 5th largest state with 13million people. Contrast that with Idaho which has 1.5million. Idaho made the difficult choice to make cuts in services that are “nice†to have. Some say critical. They also did not raise taxes.
