Ryan budget proposals released

Still plugging through the main document. If I'd written it, I think I would have tightened it up a bit, including the bullet-point organization. I speak as one who's developed pitches for a lot of easily-bored people.

Also, I'm still waiting for a promised CBO analysis later, since I've been using them for benchmarks.
