Spider Jerusalem's weird glasses were cameras, hooked into his optic nerve. On the other hand, they were still cameras, with 2 GB of onboard memory, which back in 1997 probably sounded pretty impressive. I can get a 4GB MicroSD card the size of a thumbnail for ten bucks from Amazon.
Where are we now technologically for candid shots? Check out this little puppy and its specs. I'm sure intelligence agencies have much better stuff than that.
