Material possessions
I have rarely heard any of that crap from anyone who wasn't himself living in the lap of luxury and somehow doing just fine. Oliver James went to Eton and Cambridge. He is a psychologist, writer, and television producer, and I suspect he eagerly collects fat paychecks for all of his activities.
This is no different than those who lecture us on Earth's resources while owning yachts and multiple mansions.
I would seriously like to have to "cope" with having too much money.
