You might want to look more closely at his work. Is your economic stress caused by you having too much money? Or, like most of us, is it caused by hoping you can make the ends meet? Do you really think more wealth would make your life worse?
This is not the first time I've run across Oliver James. He's just another in a long line of apologists for anti-capitalism. He has a thin gloss of "the best things in life are free," but eventually comes around to the idea that income inequality is the root of all evil. The rest of the usual rot is just a short step beyond that.
