*sigh*
When my mother was living alone, trying to get her to understand what *recyclables* meant was like trying to explain the computer to her. It just wasn't going to happen. After about the 5th warning from the city that she was putting trash in the recycle bin, I confiscated the recyclable bin, and told her to just use the trash bin for everything.
I understand recycling, I sometimes fill two bins a week......but being fined for not doing so...I have a problem with that.
