Unmilitary
I often think of Canada sending troops to fight in Afghanistan. While their groups were small, they still fought and died along side US troups. I don't fault them for not repeating that in Iraq.
People who expect more from Canada should note that their land mass is larger but their population is about 1/10th that of the US. So is their GDP.
