AutoCAD on a phone? I've a mega-monitor here in the office, and as far as I am concerned, it could be bigger. I can't imagine trying to draft on a three inch screen. ...shudder... If they had plug in 3d googles, maybe. One reason I've never had a Mac is because of AutoCAD. I started using it in '92, so it has never been Mac friendly. People would try to convince me it would work, but I didn't want to invest in a system that didn't support the program.
I really enjoing the new version, by the way. It's a big jump from 2000 to 2011, but so far my work has not slowed down all that much as I learn the update. I like the side bars, mostly, especialy for the properties and layer properties popping up so easily. Don't like menues docked next to the scroll bar, though, I always overshoot while digitizing and get the menu. Slows me down, but I'll get the hang of it.
And transparent hatch! Oh joy! Expanded right click options, including snap. I like the dynamic input, too.
