I can understand where they are coming from.
From where I sit, it is that they see things from a Utopian like viewpoint. It isn't a bad thing to want things to be fair all around. On a personal level that can basically be achieved... It is not realistic at all though.
I am a die hard realist and a personal accountablibertarian, (my new word), and entitlements are easily and unavoidably abused ....hell, I see it on a daily basis right in my home.
Who gets to decide what is fair? I perceive fair quite differently than the Liberal.
