I don't like the idea of Republicans playing the economic control game any more than Democrats.
The crappy part is that we have a system where companies have to fear who's in government, or worse, use the government to do things they never could in a free market.
There are two kinds of lobbying and contributions: One is used to get special government favors. The other is self-defense. It makes a difference which one it is.
