Mandatory health care the GOP's idea?
Some on the left are claiming that the GOP came up with the idea of forcing people to buy health care. They site the "Health Equity and Access Reform Today Act of 1993" and a Heritage Foundation paper.
I really don't care who came up with it. I don't like it. By forcing people to take part, it just enables an already messed up system.
