"there are those among us that believe that the cruise ship, the Carnival Splendor, was disabled either accidentally or intentionally during a US military experiment or as a provocation by China.
The Splendor was disabled at just about the same time as this missile was observed in flight. The way the Splendor was disabled is somewhat alarming, it has been termed as a "flameless engine fire". This is the same kind of damage an EMP device would cause. Totally knocking out computerized electrical systems."
