It sure looks like this a DFM production but it illustrates a valid point imo; non US citizens should not explicitly enjoy the protection of US law. It would require a conservative review of the 14th but in a (hypothetical) case like this, the legal issues could be left to the courts where judges would not be bound by a literal adherence to the amendment .
But it’s all moot because I’m sure the liberals would find a way to provide Osama with a path to citizenship……
