You have a point there. As I remember, though, prices didn't go down. So we got choices but they were more expensive. There's a price for everything, even having choices.
I do find it hilarious now, though, that after we broke up AT&T & Bell, AT&T has now swallowed Bell so they are, once again, one giant corporation. There must have been a simpler way to get this done?
