In states that went Red, they probably had more income left over out of which to give because in the Blue States, we've already given ours in tax dollars to support the needy. Texas has no income tax.
We're paying for Texas taxes: ^They process 60% of the oil coming into the US then ship it out by pipeline to other states. The taxes on that oil pay for the surplus and keep the taxes low.^ Texas' scam is to lay it on OUR backs.
