Really good series actually
Beside some statistical backflips and philosophical slants, not a bad series anyways.
That's what I thought until I kept reading about the "Percentage of National Income".
Your "Natural Resource" analogy was perfect.
I'm still going to read the rest. Can't imagine what the conclusion will be unless- "it's a combination of all these things..."
