I "ruled it out" when I saw the details of his so-called "thinking" process on his webpage and elsewhere. This was about an hour or so after his name was released. Or to be more accurate, I refused to imagine politically-convenient links where I saw none. You might note I haven't been calling him a "leftist" either. Same evidence.
More to the point, why aren't you ruling it out after days of continued lack of evidence supporting it?
