The President wants socialized medicine, and he's willing to do it under the table if it reaches the goal. That's proven.
The original tactic of Obamacare was "let's put the private sector up against a government with a license to print money. Then we cripple the insurance companies, and have a 'fair' competition." Sorry the public option fell through, leaving only the crippling part, but you can bet it's top on the agenda when the Democrats get power back.
