What's disturbing aren't the dead frogs. It's the ones outside the pot going "boil me! Boil me!"
How many people here fly to the defense of the State every time I show an example like this? There's a lot less disgust and outrage than I wish there was. The lightbulb thing went completely over a lot of heads. Few seemed to realize how symbolic it was: that a Federal government that control something that trivial, not related to safety or health, down to that level, can technically do frigging anything.
