Eh.
It's not the sort of book that makes easily into a movie. The book, largely allegorical, would not make good cinema, and the Rand estate has never tolerated a lot of departure from the book.
What would have to be done is to rework the story into a film that has the same ideas but expressed in different ways. Since there's maybe three people on the West Coast who know how to write a movie but are actually familiar with the ideas, I'm not holding my breath.
