The article contains no useful information upon which to speculate.

Besides, radioactive condensation in a nuclear facility? I'm shocked. The ducts at Rocky Flats were coated in plutonium, for crying out loud. I can see the Flats from here.

Which doesn't even compare to:
Radioactive Rabbits from the NY Times.
