The "lack of ethics" of funneling tax money to one's own district is how business has been done by ALL political parties and elected officials. Whether we can change this or not remains to be seen. If Boehner needs to get the same clue, so be it. I don't treat politicians like infallible gods.

I'm watching as Federal funding rejected as unnecessary and wasteful by some states is fought over by others like starving dogs over a piece of discarded beef jerky. Right now, California under Democratic control is one of the dogs.
