Obama has no "shoulders." Not on any issue. This was obvious from his legislative and other records before his starry-eyed fans elected him.
An academic "progressive," Obama worships the "consensus" above all. Observers may note that individual responsiblity and self-reliance are not "progressive" survival traits.
