So, how's that judge's ruling on Obamacare doing?
Look, it's become painfully obvious that Democrats like Tate do not consider legislation by legally elected officials to be a legitimate mechanism for making laws. That's fine. It's really not a surprise. Had the Democrats won in 2010, their opinion would be precisely the opposite. Kind of like their flip-flops on filibusters.
Simple program for Democrats:
100 Does this rule give us power?
200 If Yes: End of program
300 Change, ignore, or route around the rule
400 Go to 100
You'll probably win this one. The unions have millions in laundered taxpayer money to put in the service of their Democratic masters. They're already using some of it to try and stack the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
If the state goes broke, what does the national Democratic Party care? There are other states to drain dry. Like mine. If some teachers have to be laid off, so what? The rest of them will still reliably funnel loot to the union leadership and on to the Democrats. Whether the teachers are Democrats or not.
