I've seen too many children and grandchildren of Baby Boomers who have been given everything and not taught that they're going to have to work for anything. I know that Tom goes on and on about entitlements but I AM entitled to my Social Security and Medicare because I damn well paid for it out of MY salary for all my life. And I was self-employed for 10 years and paid the whole damn thing myself.
Today's kids (not all but a lot of them) think they're entitled to a living, entitled to have what their parents have whether they work for it or not. It has made many of them arrogant. And the technical revolution has done a number on them by making human beings less than human. People are just text on their i-phones. It's pretty pathethic.

Yep, you did (train your children that way)
