I think it may look like a kind of individual shorthand. People develop those for their own use over a long period of time. I have my own for sure and someone else would never be able to decipher it, particularly in my very sloppy handwriting. My handwriting was once beautiful, befiore I went to work for a doctor and became insanely busy. Or maybe just insane.
