See the Chris Matthews show link I provided in that thread. They mention the rates during Eisenhower (91%), Nixon(70%), Reagan (50%), Clinton (35%), etc. The Eisenhower and Clinton %'s are correct and the rate lowered consistently; however, the 70% and 50% may or may not be totally accurate. Listen to Chris' show for verification.
