Let's let it go
My harsh reaction to the "Mein Kampf" reference comes from over 30 years of studying 20th century military history, including a lot about Nazi Germany. I also spent over a year helping a Buchenwald survivor write his autobiography. Any comparison in even the slightest way to a regime that systematically murdered millions is very offensive to me and I will respond harshly. However, life is too long to go around holding grudges all the time.
