And I agree. Three or four years ago I used to post various (slightly off-the-wall) topics on the MSNBC space board and Ed was ALWAYS there to insult me. He was joined by several others (who shall remain nameless).
I had a HATE Fan Club going on over there, and Ed was one of the worst.
So, I went after him to defend myself, and he actually slunk away for a long time.

I think he holds this resentment towards me. Some people are so miserable that they have to focus their attention on someone or something to releive therir frustration.
I think (and hope) that I am Ed's Frustration.

And this board is intellectually well heeled.
I'm sure other board members are aware of his lower nature and avoid him out of courtesy.
