We send a huge amount of aid to North Korea, arguably the worst regime on the planet. In light of our embargo of Cuba, which is a resort spot by comparison, this is nucking futs.
On the other hand, like the Soviet citizens, I'm sure all the North Koreans really love it there and wouldn't change anything for the world.
