Yah, I had an employee in LA once who'd emigrated here from Pakistan. This Muslim immigrant played by the rules, busted hump and finally he and his wife became citizens. He was quite POed about CA and US govt moves to grant blanket amnesty for folks who'd bypassed the law and snuck in. In my opinion, this kinda stuff violates the equal protection clause offered in the bill of Rights.
