Cute, but I don't really catch the point of the joke. Is this supposed to be one of Alabama's senators or a candidate thereof? Is there really a tax bill like this that is being commented on? Is the idea that anyone who is against taxes, crime and terrorism is a Neanderthal? Don't quite get it.
