Here I was, cruising down the middle lane at the speed limit, minding my own friggin' business, when some guy in a minivan merges onto the highway...then drifts right over into my lane. No signal, never looked, nothing. I swerved left around him, laid on the horn, and when I passed him, I glanced over...and the asshole was chatting away on his cell phone, completely oblivious to the world...
