Has anyone here ever been a plaintiff in a class action lawsuit? Most of us probably have without even knowing it...So, we are all swimming in the net proceeds that these knights in shining armor won on out behalf!?

What's that you say??? You didn't get your part of the settlement? No coupons for $1.50 cents off your next dog food purchase because someone thinks they found rat poison in Fido's bowl? No checks for $1.03 for an out-of-court settlement on asbestos in your car's brake pads?

You dolt!!! You through away your share of the jackpot!!! You probably thought it was just junk mail!!!

Well, at least you can take comfort in knowing that the lawyers get to pat each other on the back as they fly on their Lear Jets between some sympathetic poor community in Louisiana (where they can file and win these groundless lawsuits on your behalf) and their home base in Washington DC (Where the real money and power accumulates).
