No confusion here
There's only one Robert™ Classic. The one, the only, Robert Shepherd (a singularity for which many on the Right are grateful, I know.)
Seriously...On the Net I'm known exclusively as Robert. In the dirt world it's about evenly divided between Robert and Bob, with Robert gaining over time and as my hair gets more grey. The family calls me "Bobby", a necessity to avoid confusion with the old man, "Bob Sr.". In high school everybody called me "Shep". So, if you think other people have problems keeping their Roberts straight, imagine the trouble I have just keeping my own identity straight!
