Informative, although it would technically be "religious" discrimination, not racial.

You might want to be careful of your numbers and sources. Time Magazine lists the percentage of land controlled by the Jewish National Fund as 12 percent, not 92 percent. The page on the JNF's history states that by 1948 the JNF had purchased 12.5 percent of the land in Israel, on which 80 percent of the population now lives.

The figure of 92 percent actually refers to state ownership of the land by the Israeli government. From this source:

In the early part of the century, the Jewish National Fund was established by the World Zionist Congress to purchase land in Palestine for Jewish settlement. This land, and that acquired after Israel's War of Independence, was taken over by the government. Of the total area of Israel, 92 percent belongs to the State and is managed by the Land Management Authority. It is not for sale to anyone, Jew or Arab. The remaining 8 percent of the territory is privately owned. The Arab Waqf, for example, owns land that is for the express use and benefit of Muslim Arabs.

Government land can be leased by anyone, regardless of race, religion or sex. All Arab citizens of Israel are eligible to lease government land.



This method of land use is pretty much a socialist concept, and as such, bites on principle. But that's neither here nor there in this discussion.

Then there is this source, that states that the idea that 92 percent of land is closed Arabs is pretty much a load of bullshit from top to bottom, a false statistic repeated from source to source to serve a political agenda. Again, it all depends on who you want to believe.

And of course, Arabs in Arab areas selling land to Israelis are killed, but I guess that's also neither here nor there.
