Off Topic » in reply to 20 things we've learned since 9/11

Everything except what Sept. 11 really meant.

It's late, and I won't bother to dissect this list, since given the huge load of sheer vitriolic nonsense it would be like trying to shovel out an incontinent elephant's pen with a tablespoon. Suffice it to say that the real causes of the Sept. 11 attack continue to elude him, like they do many leftists.

This makes an awful lot of things that Bernie has learned since 9/11, if you add this list to the earlier list of 25 he wrote. Judging by his new list he is considerably more bitter and resentful towards Bush than he was. Not surprising: he shows up many times on the Democrats.com website, which is dedicated to the sole purpose of bringing about the complete political destruction of George W. Bush for the unforgivable crime of winning the election, and as an aside, of taking the other Republicans in Washington and rubbing every last wet bit of them out of existence.

Democrats.com is Mr. Hyde to the DNC site's Dr. Jekyll. Like Jekyll, the Nice Democrats swear to God that neither the DNC or anyone related to any existing political figure has anything to do with this site. The ravers on the Democrats.com site also swear they are not associated with the official Democratic Party. Under a long list of former Democratic Party heavyweights on their advisory board, is the following notice:

Note to right wing conspiracy theorists: Democrats.com Advisory Board members provide occasional advice upon request from the founders - just like asking a wise relative for advice. Naturally, if one ignores such advice when sought, or fails to seek it in the first place, those individuals are not responsible for your actions. Except for writing articles under their names, these individuals are not involved in, or responsible for, the editorial content of this site. Nor are any of their present or past associates or employers, including President Clinton and the Democratic National Committee.

And if you believe this, then you are the person the word "gormless" was invented for.
