<Clinton was a pretty powerful guy, apparently, and GWB is a pathetic president still in the shadow of a president with a brain. When will the Bush Administration really start?

Please, enlighten me. Can I have just one example showing how Clinton is so damn smart? Other than his skill at evading prison and pulling the wool over the eyes of an electorate?
