Not quite...

<The liberal thesis is that if we just kiss the right ass, the right way, they won't be mad at us any more.

No, that is wrong Tom...

The liberal thesis is that they want us to keep trying to kiss ass in an indefinite timescale so that they can dismantle all the progress that has been made away from the socialist positions.

America is guilty because it is capitalist.

Capitalism is synonymous with imperialism to the Berkeley crowd.

So to start to make amends capitalism, big business, all must start to be dismantled.

The dislike of the US by other more backwards and poorer nations is just cover for a perpetual demolition job. This demolition will keep them employed and in power and oust all those capitalist businessmen who really make the world go round in stead of just hanging around folks who write articles, make protest banners and tear US flags off of cars.

They care no more for the arabs than they do the Afghanis. If they did, they would be touting the new freedom for women and human rights victories in Afghanistan - but they are not and will not - ever!

They do NOT care about others. Their care is pure lipservice.

These folks only care about what will keep them in play - in print - and in power among their degenerate selfish colleagues. It's all BS from start to finish.

Any issue, any news event which furthers their presence in the media is exploited.

Protests are a way of life for university students - its excusable because they are trying to offset their feelings of helplessness and unimportance. Eventually most folks - they grow up, mature, and don't feel unimportant or helpless.

This is the telling difference between many of the university faculties and the rest of the world - many of these folks have never escaped their feelings of inferiority and helplessness and lash out at the world through the voices of their students - whom they can easily control and sway through their youth and desire to please their teachers.

They are simply louder, more obnoxious, and unsympathetic than the folks who really do care about others but never wrap themselves in the "we care" bannner.

As Frank stated on the community board - some folks make you wish for a police state.

But naahh - they'll learn eventually, after they lose the feelings of inferiority and helplessness - I hope.
