people could point to any number of "training camps" in the US and it would be reasonable to ask if there were any other evidence of them being employed by the CIA than their attendance at that training center.

Or basic. Do you think there would need to be any more information before convicting someone as a terrorist? Would they have to do something, like machine gun civilians?

Hearing doesn't seem to do Ruch much good. Don't know what he ever listened to.
