Who certifies them? What does that certificate look like? Who said it was a "training camp"? What did they train with?

I'm afraid the term "training camp" could mean anything at all.

You know, that film clip of a "training camp" looked more like calisthenics and the boys in the 'hood doing a carjack. Didn't look threatening, even though the guy coming up from the hole right in front of the camera was effective.

There are a lot of us who have learned methods for killing large numbers of anyone, civilian or not. Doesn't mean "they" could talk me into it, at least now.
