ONE - Gee, Frank, what was your response to unspeakable violence? ONE - A: You're laughing at this guys response, what qualifies you to laugh? (I'm sure you wouldn't laugh unless you understood and had dealt with the issues he has only differently. You're too nice a guy, too understanding, too tolerant.)
Obviously, I'm not talking about violence to the landscape, that grows back, I'm not curious about that, but to people you knew and loved, and people you didn't know but had been taught to hate.
Don't tell me you weren't around. You seem healthy, alert, interested and active. And you speak with the authority of a person who has been there, done that. You're of an age that the only way out was to dodge it. I'm sure you wanted to defend your country, and from your posts I'm positive you wouldn't shirk your duty. You went, and did. You must have, or you wouldn't laugh at others who did. Wouldn't feel qualified.
I mean, you're always encouraging everyone else to trot off and kill. You think people get used to it, especially if you throw the relatives some "goodies". I'm beginning to understand your mindset.
To be honest with you, I haven't found anyone else who was there who laughs at the reactions of other folks. They haven't found your method of handling the madness.
TWO - Would you share your secret? Please don't be modest, you've found a real treasure. I'll "dog" you for these answers, because you've got a great book in you. Please write it, starting here. It will be a best-seller!
Thanking you in advance for whatever consideration you can give this.
Arf (watch him overwork the word "but", one "t". Or hide.)
