Frank wasn't laughing a violence. He was laughing at the village idiot who insisted on changing his name.

I'm sure when "I am" gets shit-faced drunk at the local bar with his drinking buddies they all laugh about it too.

Yet in Bowser's world where life sucks and Political Correctness rules the day. Frank's "hey hey" becomes laughter at all the "suffering people"...

If the guy didn't want to get laughed at, he should have choosen a less ridiculous name...Like Lassie.
