The sissy "50 degree rule" is probably aimed at the fans more than the teams, anyway. Hosting a SuperBowl costs a lot but the returns are very good, otherwise you wouldn't have cities like New Orleans hosting for their 8th time. It's time to spread the opportunity for hosting to more than the same handful of cities time after time.
