Very reasonable points, with a lot of common sense. It's largely forgotten now, but it's interesting that UFOs back in the 1800s--1897 in particular--were often dirigible airships or other Jules Verne type craft. Sometimes they were seen to carry gentlemen in top hats. It would be interesting to speculate as to why this was so.
