Eye of the beholder.
I simply observed that brother Ted K's actions (we were discussing JFK & Apollo) despoiled Apollo 11 for me. I made a personal observation. This is not scandal mongering; it is a matter of historic fact. It is also a matter of historic record that the politically influential brother of JFK has never really done anything pro-space. He made numerous career references to doing this or that in his brother's legacy or memory, yet none ever referred to a space endeavour. I see absolutely no problem making that factual observation in the context of the thread. Read carefully as I made no allusions to "drunkeness" nor did I call him a murderer (which he is not) or make any such extreme characterizations as you allude to.
You are correct that I have no respect for his actions I described.
