That's an interesting way of putting things. What do you suppose the upper limit is for the percentage of people who can get more in government services than they pay in taxes?

The point I was making with the education analogy was that the government service was so inferior that people -- and not just rich ones -- are voluntarily paying for alternatives, while still paying for the government service. Did you miss that?
