Even the very young should take your advice. My daughter at age 22 was the corporate operations manager for a computer firm and didn't take the advice of her doctor (exercise) after developing carpal tunnel. The servility of it led to two choices, have an operation or quit and find a job that is not keyboard demanding. She wasn't sure the operation would be a cure-all so she quit.
