A question on X-Prize contest safety considerations.

How many of the X-Prize contestants plan to install
crew-rescue devices on their spacecraft?
Examples: Ejection-seats or escape-towers.

I know that Steve Bennett's NOVA rocket is supposed to be fitted with
an escape-tower, but one of Canada's entries, THE ARROW PROJECT
[a glorified, manrated V2 rocket] is not.

IF the arrow project ever gets off the ground, the three-persons onboard
will have no means of escaping their booster, during the 60 seconds of launch,
if-things-go-wrong.
